Weddings
Site rental fee includes the following:
- a planning meeting on site
- an engagement photography session lasting up to 2 hours
- a rehearsal lasting up to 2 hours
- ceremony and reception for any 8 hour period ending no later than 11pm
- access to the house interior for members of the bridal party
- access to grounds and patio for guests
- access to kitchen for caterer

Films
The secluded beauty of Binford House, Fort Pocahontas and the surrounding property have provided a backdrop for documentaries and films. Most notable are The New World (Malick, 2005) starring Colin Ferrell, To Have and to Hold (Bengston, 2015) and Liberty Fever (Cortina Productions, 2016) showing at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.
